When
is a Feng Shui consultation useful?
People who
understand the effectiveness of Feng Shui
use this method in both their personal
and professional lives in order to
improve their prosperity and well being
and to avoid problems. Typical
moments for a consultation are:
In your

Prior
to renting, purchasing or
renovating a house or apartment.

as an investment property.
What
happens during a consultation?
For a pre-existing
building
I start by
visiting the site (house, apartment,
office or boutique) and discussing what
the client is hoping to change or
activate by having a consultation.
(It is possible to work from plans, but
it's always better if I get to see the
location first hand.) I note orientations
and take measurements and study the
interior and exterior forms of the site
as well as of the surrounding area.
I request that my clients provide me with
copies of architects plans of the
location and if possible a plan of the
entire property. (If this isn't
possible, a drawing of the site works as
well)
I spend
several hours with my clients during this
visit, during which time I suggest
changes that will immediately improve the
circulation of energy. I always evaluate
the earth energies on the property using
dowsing rods and when needed, I treat any
geopathic stress that I find which might
effect the building.
If I feel it
necessary I will also analyse the
Flying Stars (also known as the 24
Mountains) and the 8 palaces. These
advanced studies provide a very precise
view of the energetic patterns found on
the site and are based on the date of
construction of the building and its
orientation. I always make specific and
easy to understand suggestions for
changes that will help improve the energy
in the clients' home or office.
Having
your home of office "Feng
Shuied" creates change. As
things change in your life there is a
process of fine tuning that also needs to
take place. I remain in contact
with my clients for several months to
help them evaluate the changes being
experienced, to adjust remedies if need
be, and to answer any questions that may
come up as a result of the initial
consultation.
For a New Project
After an
initial meeting with the client to
discuss their goals for the project I
complete an energetic study of the people
who will be either living or working in
the space (based on their date of birth)
and of the location chosen for the
project. I then work with the
architect or the interior designer in
order to create an environment which will
optimally support each person who lives
or works in the building and will best
suit the purpose of the site. I
work with my clients on all aspects of
the project from the initial plans,
through choosing furniture, wall colors
and lighting and assist in determining
the ideal placement of the furniture once
the client has moved in.
How
much does a consultation cost?
Each
situation is unique and as a result, it
is impossible for me to tell you here how
much a consultation will cost. In
general, the price depends on the size of
the site being studied and on the number
of people concerned. If there is
travel involved, travel expenses are
often part of the fee. If you'd
